Data we collect
This is a corporate website. We do not create user accounts and use no cookies, analytics, tracking or profiling tools. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: no data is sent to Google or any other third party when you visit.
Contact form: when you write to us, we receive your name, email address, the topic of your enquiry and your message. This information is sent by email to our mailbox and is not stored in a database.
Technical logs: our hosting provider records technical connection data (IP address, date, page requested) to keep the website secure and running.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used solely to process and answer your enquiry. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to you and, where applicable, on taking steps prior to entering into a contract.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and thereafter in line with our legal obligations.
Recipients
We never sell or rent your data. It may be processed by technical providers acting on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (website hosting, United States) and Infomaniak Network SA (email, Switzerland), strictly to provide their services.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to hello@thebighub.io.
Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
